Consent to Personal Data Processing
This is the text a user confirms by ticking “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” at registration.

1. To whom consent is given
1.1. By registering with the Tail Buddy service (the tail-buddy.pet website, the mobile app and the Telegram bot), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator — The owner of the Tail Buddy service (the Operator) — on the terms below. 1.2. The Operator can be reached at privacy@tail-buddy.pet.
2. Which data
2.1. My name, email address, phone number (if I give one), time zone, password (kept only as a hash), and Telegram chat identifier (if I link Telegram). 2.2. Details of my pets and the files I upload, as described in the Privacy Policy (tail-buddy.pet/privacy). 2.3. Technical data: IP address, browser or device details.
3. What for
3.1. Creating and keeping my account, storing and syncing my pets' details. 3.2. Sending account-related emails, reminders and notifications, including a notice that my pet's QR tag was scanned. 3.3. The pet's public card: if I bind a QR code or an NFC tag, whoever scans it sees my name, phone and Telegram contact. 3.4. Protecting the Service from abuse and answering my requests.
4. Which actions
4.1. Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means. 4.2. Transfer only to those named in section 8 of the Privacy Policy: the hosting provider, the email provider, and Telegram and Google reCAPTCHA, which are outside the Russian Federation. I consent to that cross-border transfer too.
5. Term and withdrawal
5.1. This consent is valid from registration until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. 5.2. I may withdraw it at any time by deleting the account in the account settings or by writing to the Operator at privacy@tail-buddy.pet. The Operator then stops processing and deletes the data within the term set by Law No. 152-FZ, unless the law requires otherwise. 5.3. A Tail Buddy account cannot be used without this consent: processing the data is a condition of the Service working at all.
